Shipping 

We ship our packages using either First Class or Priority Mail to provide the  Quick delivery service that our Customers deserve 

We ship most of our orders within 48 business hours.

We have an Up Front  Shipping Calculator so you can view your shipping charges from the shipping Basket without ever entering you personal information.

You will know exactly how much you will be charged before you enter any personal information !

Our shipping calculator is a weight based system that connects to USPS in real time to provide our Customers with up to date accurate shipping information.

However  due to different configurations in packaging, and product selection it may not always display the exact shipping charge that Crystal Radio Supply must pay, some times it will be less and at other times it will be more. However this is the charge that the customer will pay. So on the average it should all equal out.

In addition to the Shipping Charge all orders will be charged an additional $2.00 handling fee to cover the additional expenses of shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Crystal Radio Supply is happy to to offer a 10 day return privilege with the following conditions.

No Returns on assembled or partially assembled kits.

No Returns on Litz wire because it is cut to order.

No Returns on Antenna Cord Because it is cut to order.

All Items must be in new condition.  For example once your solder it, your bought it.

No Returns without prior authorization. Packages returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds will not include shipping and handling charges.

Items returned for refund will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
